The term is used often, but what exactly is an "Incentive Card"? And what would an organization use network branded Incentive Cards for? From the MasterCard® website:

The key is "stored value", meaning the card is loaded with value, and can be used anywhere MasterCard (or VISA) is accepted. And that's alot of locations around the world!
